Oklahoma State Championship Recap
Congratulations to our State Team! Trident had an outstanding showing at State, including 7 State Champions, 18 podiums and 5 new Sectional Team qualifiers!
Congratulations to our 400 Free state relay (Hadley King, Sylvia Admire, Samantha Crane, Mia Pendleton), who broke a 40 year old state record! This relay team also broke the 200 Freestyle Relay state record. Way to go, girls!
KMSC Pro-Am Athletes Headed to Dallas
Congrats to our fifteen high school athletes who traveled to Texas for the KMSC Pro-A!m meet. What a meet! So many night finals swims, and unbelievable time drops!

Congratulations to our State Team! Trident won the 15-19 age group bracket. Trident also had 18 individual state champions! What an accomplishment! Congrats also to our Zones athletes, representing Oklahoma: Ryleigh, William, Lilliann, Mallorie and Reece!

2021 OK State Championship
Trident swimmers put up an unbelievable performance during last weekend's State Championship. Congratulations to all of our first time qualifiers, all swimmers with personal bests, and our new Sectionals Qualifiers: Alex Lane, Will Schenk and Aidan Ratzlaff! Janci Pangburn earned her first Futures QT in the 50 Free, and Reece Pangburn earned his first Zones/AAA QT in the 50 Free. Way to race, everyone! All five of those swims were accomplished on Day 3 of State!
KMSC Winter Meet in Edmond
Trident swimmers put up several outstanding races in the last regular season meet in the short course venue. Shoutout to Summer Pfeiffer for qualifying for her first State Meet!
Trident Hosts KMSC and Berzerker in Patriot Series Meet
Trident hosted a sanctioned tri-meet wtih King Marlin Swim Club (Edmond) and Berzerker Swimming (Joplin) on Jan 30. Trident's 49 athletes posted a team record 150 personal best times! Congrats swimmers! Thank you to KMSC and Berzerker for making the meet so great! VIDEO REPLAY
Duel in the Pool, Series Meet #1-3
In June, July and August, Trident hosted swimmers, coaches and parents from King Marlin Swim Club in a dual meets. It was so great to see swimmers back racing again!! During our three meets, 55% of Trident swims were personal best times. This is amazing....well done, swimmers! Thank you to all of our parents for hosting an outstanding event for our kids. You're the best! Thank you to KMSC for making the trip over to Owasso to join us for the fun meets!

Foley, Callan Awarded
Congratulations to Maya Foley on her selection as the 13-14 Girls Swimmer of the Year for the 2019 Long Course Season! Jack Callan was awarded Scholastic All-American for 2019, which requires the combination of a Junior Nationals QT and a minimum 3.5 GPA. Well done, Maya and Jack!

Since its establishment in 2014, Trident's swimmers have achieved State Records, National Ranking, World Rankings, Olympic Trials berths. In 2021, Patrick Callan became Trident's 1st Olympian, competing in the Tokyo Olympics. Over 70% of our graduating athletes have earned scholarships to swim at the NCAA level (nationally, only 7% of high school swimmers earn the chance to swim at the college level). This year, 83% of our seniors earned collegiate swim team roster positions. But our primary mission and greatest reward is helping to develop outstanding young people. Trident's swimmers are dedicated athletes who train up to 6 days per week, and range in age from 7 to 20. Success in our sport, without question, correlates to confidence, skills and overall success in the classroom, at home and in life!
There's a place for everyone! Trident leads a competitive swim team and a recreational swim team. Swimmers who graduate from our Waves Swim Academy (Blue Wave 4 level) will earn the option of joining one of our teams.
Trident is a private, coach-owned club, sanctioned by USA Swimming.
